⏱ Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped from New York City within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

🇺🇸 Domestic Shipping (USA)

We offer two shipping options at checkout:

• Economy Shipping:
  Arrives in 5–8 business days after processing
  (NYC and nearby areas will receive orders sooner)
• Express Shipping:
  Arrives in 1–3 business days after processing
  

Please note: shipping time refers to time in transit, not including processing.

🌍 International Shipping

We currently ship worldwide using trusted carriers via FlavorCloud.

• International Standard:
  Estimated delivery in 7–21 business days
• International Express:
  Estimated delivery in 3–7 business days

Exact delivery times vary by destination and local customs processing.

All international orders ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — duties and taxes are included at checkout, so there are no surprise fees upon delivery.
