Return Policy

Can I return my order?

You can return an item for a full refund or exchange.

If you're unhappy with your purchase or have ordered the wrong product, and wish to return it please fill in our Contact Form with your order number in the first line of the email and we will advise next steps. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.  Please note in order for the return request to be considered, it needs to be made within 7 days from receiving the order. 

Return mail and resend costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

Unfortunately, we do not exchange products that are not in their original condition or are on sale. Sale items are considered final.

 

My item is faulty, I wish to send it back for a refund.

In the unfortunate case that you have received a faulty/damaged item, please fill in our Contact Form with your order number in the first line of the email within 7 days of receiving the order so that we can help you.

Refunds on Items

Refunds will be made to you within 14 working days of the cancellation date of the order (for items not shipped) or from when the returned item(s) are received by Little Fancy Books.  The refund will be credited to the same account that was used at the moment of purchase.

Duties on Returns

Please note we are unable to refund delivery or import duties, nor are we able to cover import duties for returns.
